Once the weather starts to cool, and here in NJ by cool I mean we are finally in the mid/low 70s, I love to pull out my crockpot. I really think the crockpot can be an overlooked tool in the kitchen, because throwing ingredients and walking away is so simple and easy I always kick myself for not using it more!
I’ve been on the hunt for some great new recipes, and some of my TOS friends supplied some tasty ones! Read on and see which one will top your menu plan:
Even though I’m not a huge fan of soup, this Crock Pot Potato Soup looks amazing, and I think I will be trying it out very soon!
We are huge chili fans, and it always surprises me how many different variations there are! This version looks super yummy, although I don’t think my kids would be as hands on!
I have never made Bone Broth, but it’s something that I always wanted to try. Perhaps this fall I’ll finally do it!
While I am not a fan of spinach, I think even my girls would eat this Crockpot Cheesy Spinach!
My husband loves beef, and I rarely make anything other than stew, so this Easiest Pot Roast would be a win for him!
This is topping my list: Corn and Potato Chowder – I can almost taste it now!!
My mom used to make yummy Chicken and Dumplings, but I’ve never made it. Looks like I’ll be adding it into our menu plan this month!
This is one of my favorite go-to meals: Simple Chili Cranberry Meatballs. Pair with some pasta and you are set!
Our family favorite is Taco Chicken! I made this for my CC group and they gave it rave reviews as well. It’s simple, easy and seriously yummy!
Did you know you can make Baked Ziti in your crockpot? Yes, you can!
I hope you found some new recipes to try this month! If you have a favorite, please leave it in the comments! I’d love to try it out.
