Last January I was just starting to figure out this blogging thing. I was still pretty new at following and commenting and trying to write *good* content. I had no idea what GFC was, or how to upload a link, or how to chat on twitter.
To be honest, I still have no idea what I’m doing most of the time.
I’ve figured out how to follow people and how to comment and I seriously love twitter. {oh, do I love twitter}
I think I have some pretty good content, and every now and then I actually feel like I wrote a really awesome post.
I am so grateful for every comment, every email, every opportunity that has come my way. Y’all make me smile each day!
I love the community that I’ve been gathered into, and am so thankful for the amazing women who I am privileged to call my friends.
This year I want to get even better about blogging. I’m taking steps to have better content and to stretch my personal writing style. I’ll be throwing a few VLOGS in here and there to keep it interesting.
To keep me on track, I’ve revised my blog mission statement, and I’ve chosen one word to focus on for 2012.
PRAISE
I want to PRAISE all the time, as we are called to do.
I want to PRAISE Him in all things, at all times.
I want to PRAISE my husband instead of nagging.
I want to PRAISE my girls’ creativity instead of cringing.
I want to PRAISE my family and my friends.
I want to PRAISE in my blogging and in my social media interactions.
I want to PRAISE and give GLORY to God – for without Him, I am nothing.
